I was Rong’s first special baby. They call me “disabled” because I got hit by a car and my back legs don’t work anymore. My mama Rong saved me and took me home on her motorcycle. I was in a lot of pain, but she made me feel better.

We used to live in a smaller place. We call it the “old place” now. It was crowded and, once when it was feeding time, I got bitten by another dog. I lost my eye, but my other one still works. Rong took me home to live with her family, so I could get better. I was there for six months. I love her so much.

Then we moved into the “new place” which was bigger. Mama Rong made sure there was tile on the floor so I could scoot around and have more fun. I met my best friend Lai Fu and we live and play together. She scoots around on the floor just like me.

I just love the other dogs. I wish more of them could live here like me. I am lucky. I haven’t lived on the street for five years now.
