To help you understand the process, we've created this FAQ section to answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our adoption process. Simply click on a question to view the answer.
Step 1) Fill out our online adoption application.
Step 2) Our adoption pros will reach out and set up a call to discuss your application further.
Step 3) Once approved, sign our adoption agreement and send the payment.
Step 4) As flight day nears, the flight volunteer bringing your dog will touch base to help you coordinate pick-up. We'll keep track of their arrival until your fur baby is safe in your arms.
It depends on the type of flight you choose.
If you choose the flight volunteer route, the timeframe will depend on whenever we have a flight volunteer flying into the international airport nearest you to bring your dog with them. The waiting time for this could be 2-3 months or longer.
We currently fly our dogs to a number of cities in the United States and select countries in Europe. We fly to:
United States: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, Washington DC.
Europe: Paris, Germany, and The Netherlands.
All our dogs have been spayed/neutered, microchipped, and are up-to-date with their vaccinations and rabies shots. They're also dewormed and have had flea and tick treatment.
They'll land with their very own crate, vaccination booklet, rabies certificate, Rabies Titer Test certificate, and health certificate in paw. All set for their new life with you!
