Money is meaningless unless you do something meaningful with it.
- Gong Ping
Gong Ping, 33, has been in rescue work for ten years. First as a volunteer, then, he stepped up to become General Manager for three sanctuaries with a total of 600 dogs! Through the years, those who have fought along with him have left, gotten married, had kids, and went on living a normal life. Gong Ping kept fighting on...life can be very lonely, but he is determined!
SANCTUARIES NEEDS
With sub-zero temperatures, 65% of dogs and cats don’t make it through the winter. To make it worse, Dog Whisperer Rescue Alliance is located in Shenyang, one of the most notorious cities for consuming dog meat. In the winter, dog poacher activities kick into high gear as the demand for dog meat goes up so rescue efforts kick into high gear, too. With more rescues, come more expenses and medical bills go through the roof. Each dog saved from the street or slaughter house needs immunization, spay or neuter, medical treatment, and sometimes a hospital stay.
If anyone needs a guardian Angel, it’s these homeless dogs! Life is just too cruel! See how your dollar will help:
Your small gift can save a dog’s life thousands of miles away!
